For prescription-required (Rx) medicines, a valid doctor's prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required. Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, health supplements, and personal care products can be ordered directly without a prescription.

How fast will my medicines be delivered?

Orders within our local serviceable zones are dispatched via express delivery within 2 to 4 hours. Outstation or standard courier deliveries are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

Are all medicines 100% genuine and authentic?

Yes, 100%. Every medicine and wellness product on Easymeds is sourced directly from licensed pharmaceutical companies and verified distributors, ensuring strict quality and authenticity standards.

How are temperature-sensitive medicines handled?

Temperature-sensitive products like insulins and vaccines are packed in specialized insulated cold-chain containers with ice gel packs to maintain the required 2°C to 8°C temperature range throughout transit.

Can I order by simply uploading my prescription?

Yes! Click "Upload for Order" on the homepage or header strip. Upload a photo or PDF of your doctor's prescription, and our registered pharmacist will verify the items, prepare your cart, and contact you to confirm delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment modes including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

What is the return and cancellation policy?

Report damaged, defective, expired, tampered, incorrect, or missing products, or an incorrect quantity, within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns for change of mind or correctly supplied products are not accepted. Keep the product and packaging; delivery issues and defects discovered after opening can still be reported. Prescription and temperature-sensitive products delivered correctly in good condition cannot be returned, but eligible issue claims are reviewed. Approved returns are by post or courier, with reasonable approved return-shipping costs covered by EasyMeds and no restocking fee. Approved refunds are expected within 6 business days after approval.
